Coaching with Wonder, Action, and Courage

The Myth of the "24/7" Confidence

After years of coaching within international organizations like TotalEnergies and Orange, I’ve observed a universal truth: no matter how high we climb, we all struggle with self-confidence. Why? Because we aren’t machines.

I don’t believe confidence is a fixed skill we can control 24/7. It’s fluid. It’s human. Feeling unsure isn’t a flaw—it’s a signal. My mission as a life coach specializing in self-confidence is to help you stop fighting that signal and start listening to it. Together, we acknowledge the doubt, identify its roots, and take action—one small, intentional step at a time.

Beyond the Screen, Into the Light

They say the best coaches are those who have navigated their own dark spaces and returned with a deeper awareness. I didn’t just watch from the sidelines; I have walked it myself, and it is that hard-won perspective, an essential one, that fuels the work we do together.

I find my strength and my "wonder" in the simple, tactile joys of the world:

  • The Sicilian Sky: I spend my walks looking up, mesmerized by the shifting colors of the clouds.

  • The Quiet Moments: An Italian coffee, a book that challenges my perspective, or a conversation that lingers.

  • The Spirit of Discovery: Whether it’s a hidden gem around the corner or a journey to a far-away land, I am a traveler at heart.

The Woman Behind the Work

I am a 39-year-old Belgian woman who chose to trade the familiar corporate corridors of Northern Europe for the expansive horizons of Italy. This transition was more than a change of geography; it was a decision to align my external environment with my internal need for clarity and wonder.

Based now under the Sicilian sky, I bring a unique dual perspective to my coaching. I combine the structured, high-level pragmatism of my Belgian professional roots with the intentional, human-centric rhythm I’ve embraced in the Mediterranean. My life is an embodiment to the belief that we can be both high-achieving and deeply connected to our surroundings; making time for the small, vital moments—the perfect espresso, the open view, and the quiet realization that we are exactly where we are meant to be."

I have no distinct memory of the moment I began coaching; for me, this work has never been a profession, but rather an expression of my own nature. It is the natural extension of a life dedicated to nourishing real connections and viewing the world with a sense of unapologetic awe.

I am here to help you find that same sense of wonder in yourself, supporting you while you climb your own mountains with a steady heart and a clear gaze.

At 39, I’ve learned that we don't need to be perfect to be powerful. We just need to be present and authentic.
