Strong roots, action, and Courage
The Architect of her Orchard
My history is not a just a "story".
I was you, the people-pleaser, overachiever, overexplainer, tutto.
And I had to learn that a boundary is not a suggestion; it is the wall that protects your new orchard from old family roots.
I am a 40-year-old Belgian woman who chose to uproot from Northern Europe to replant under the Sicilian sky.
My work carries that dual geography: the structural precision of my Belgian roots and the human rhythm of the Mediterranean.
At 40, I have learned that a tree does not need a flawless canopy to be powerful.
It simply needs to be deeply rooted in its own soil, and to be undisturbed by the shadows of others.
